Barbershop Policies

  1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    • Cancellations can be made up to 3 hours before the booking
    • No-call, no-show appointments will only negatively affect and may require prepayment for future bookings.
  2. Late Arrival Policy
    • 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $5 late fee will be applied.
    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
  3. Respect the Space
    • This shop is a professional and welcoming environment—please respect the barber, clients, and space.
    • No excessive noise, rude behavior, or inappropriate language will be tolerated.
  4. Speak Up & Communicate
    • If you have concerns about your haircut, style, or service, let’s talk about it. I want you to leave satisfied, so feel free to communicate any issues before leaving the chair.
    • If there’s an issue after your service, reach out within 48 hours so we can discuss a solution.
  5. Payment & Deposits
